Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level Helpdesk support and troubleshoot IT issues to ensure smooth system operations.
* Assist in system administration tasks, including managing users, permissions, and configurations.
* Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network components.
* SUPPORT IT INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDING SERVERS, WORKSTATIONS, AND MOBILE DEVICES.
* Collaborate with the IT team on system improvements and implementations.
* Document technical processes and solutions for internal use.
* Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with IT policies.
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator with 4-5 years of experience in helpdesk support and 1-2 years as a system administrator. You should have solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls) is also required. You must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users, are essential. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory. A passion for learning new technologies and tackling new challenges is a must.
