We’re looking for a well-connected, driven, and passionate sales expert to lead our presence in Italy.
Role Overview:
As the Independent Sales Representative for Italy, you’ll spearhead our expansion into a market that values quality, aesthetics, and well-being. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, has strong B2B relationships, and is excited to introduce an international brand to a new audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development:
Identify and approach key Italian retailers—luxury department stores, spas, boutique hotels, wellness studios, and premium online retailers.
Sales Execution:
Present the Drowsy product range with passion and precision, closing wholesale deals and consistently meeting sales goals.
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, spa managers, hotel directors, and distributors across Italy.
Brand Advocacy:
Represent Drowsy in the Italian market with pride and professionalism. Ensure the brand is positioned at the premium level it deserves.
Market Intelligence:
Gather and report insights on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to help guide our strategy.
Localization Support:
Assist in tailoring our messaging, merchandising, and retail approach to best resonate with the Italian customer.
Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in Italian and English .
Proven experience in B2B sales within the beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
Strong network of relevant retail and distribution contacts in Italy.
Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.
Confident communicator and persuasive presenter.
Deep understanding of the Italian consumer and retail landscape.
Passion for high-quality products and the growing sleep/wellness movement.
