Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Future Talent - Customer Service Expert to join our globally responsible Customer Service team. As part of this team, you will be involved in processes such as Design Management, Order Management, Invoicing, Customer Documentations, and Tetra Pak Digital Platforms.
In this role, you will:
* Participate in the CSD (Customer Service Design) team, interacting and supporting markets with the execution of Customer Service processes.
* Lead ad hoc tasks to support CSD processes implementation and continuous improvement across the organization.
* Support and participate in ad hoc projects for CSD processes.
* Support different CSD networks in the markets.
* Collaborate with the team to address the needs and requirements of the markets to continuously drive and improve common ways of working across Markets and processes.
* Support the CSD team with the implementation of new projects & improved ways of working and tools.
We believe that you have the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in this role. You should have a Master's Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or relevant field, and experience working in sales, marketing, or communication environments is an asset.
A strong business-oriented way of thinking, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills, is essential for this position. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is also required.
