Job Title: Capo Reparto Gastronomia
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to manage the gastronomy department in our retail store in Padova. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, managing a team of colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the work of team members
* Ensure efficient operation of the department
* Manage orders, schedules, holidays, and merchandise flow
* Contribute to customer loyalty by ensuring customer satisfaction
* Provide excellent customer service and perform other auxiliary activities related to sales within the department
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a head or deputy head of a gastronomy and/or deli department
* In-depth knowledge of merchandise and the retail industry
* Able to analyze economic data of the department
* Familiarity with sales and display techniques specific to the retail sector
* Flexibility in scheduling on shifts and weekends
* Precise attention to detail
* Excellent leadership skills, good interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities
* Flexibility and good stress management complete the profile
Candidates with junior profiles and experience in the gastronomy/salumeria department who are eager to grow in a structured reality will also be considered.
Working hours: full-time, shifts from Monday to Sunday
