Le Bar Louis Vuitton, in the heart of the most famous square of Taormina, is looking for a Hostess.
The ideal candidate has experience working in Italy, ideally in a resort, and will have a wealth of experience in the F&B field with excellent knowledge and attention to details in deliverying excellence to our guests.
He/She should also be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns, or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To greet guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner, accurately and efficiently handling all Bar reservations and table assignments, enhancing Le Bar Louis Vuittons reputation for excellence.
2. To take full ownership and accountability for the F&B Venue's booking and greeting operations
3. Maintain and update a departmental filing system as required, ensuring that documentation is easily accessible.
4. Adhere to the Company's Procedures and rules.
5. Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure work is of the highest level.
6. Establish high levels of participation in the project during its pre and post-opening stages to set the required operational standards in the F&B Venue in line with international standards.
7. To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching the job with the customers always in mind and being proactive promptly towards their needs and requests.
8. To be motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge to improve personal performance.
9. To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested.
10. To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (COMPETENCIES REQUIRED)
17. Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
18. At least 1-year of experience at the same level.
19. Diploma or relevant qualification in Hotel Management (desirable)
20. Proficient in English & Italian Language
21. Additional languages are desirable
