Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Rang for the upcoming season at 7Pines Resort Sardinia.
The successful candidate will assist the Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor by coordinating the work of the rank, ensuring proper setup of the restaurant as per company standards, handling customer complaints, taking orders, providing excellent service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Requirements:
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests
* Proficiency in the English language
* Prior experience working in luxury hotels or high-end establishments
