CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN
In this position you will build a professional and long-term relationship with the customer (B2B) and provide support to facilitate sales and achieve the best possible daily service for all customer requirements.
Your tasks:
Processing all subsequent actions related to orders (order completion, release of part deliveries, open order monitoring, provide requested style data files, ...)
Handling of customer complaints on the basis of product faults, delivery errors, transport damages or losses
Processing of the returns and credit notes
Maintain,update and refine all customer data
Order/data entry
Your Profile:
You have a university degree preferably in sales or business administration
Preferably some experience in a similar role in customer service/sales support
You have knowledge of import export documentations to be more confident in the role
Fluent level in English and Italian is required, any other language is a plus
Hands-on mentality and the ability to convince others
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
You are a team player with intercultural sensitivity
Proficiency in MS Office suite:
Excel, Word ,Powerpoint
Knowledge of AS400 is a plus
