Our client, in the Optical industry, is seeking a BiLingual Call Center Representative to join their team. Within the Call Center, you will be part of the Patient Support Services team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle high call volume and scheduling and work in the office (NOT REMOTE).
Job Title: Patient Services Representative (High Volume Call Center)
Location: Brandon, FL (ON SITE)
Pay Range: $18/hr
What’s the Job?
* Handle high volume inbound calls (100+ per day)
* Schedule patient services with Doctors
* Verify Insurance
* Assist clients with questions and problems
What’s Needed?
* 2-4 years experience handling high call volume
* Ability to work with Metrics/KPIs and have production monitored
* Medical terminology a plus
* Be able to work ON site in the office 40 hrs/week
* Bi-lingual required
