Within the EMEA Headquarters, you will join the Content Creation & Publishing (CCP) department under the responsibility of the CCP Director.
You will be responsible for managing a Production team with a various range of experience (from Global Production Assistants to Global Senior Producers) and supervise the progress of several ongoing productions from concept until release.
You should keep constant contact with your group of producers, development, internal functional teams and publisher representatives. You must be able to manage all the different aspects of a project and should be able to guide the internal teams through any issues that may arise.
Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):
* Supervise the development of several ongoing projects (internal & external) and keep a constant monitoring on budget, planning and quality
* Ensure that your Production team is keeping a constant collaboration with BNEE internal teams (Marketing, QA, Localization, Release Management, Engineering, Printed Materials, Operations, etc.), as well as other subsidiaries of Bandai Namco group for worldwide released titles
* Support your Production team and project stakeholders (e.g. development studio & QA) during the Project closing: defining cuts & priorities, managing the triage of bugs, establishing burn-down charts, establishing closing reporting, etc.
* Always mentor your Production team, identify their strengths and axis of improvement, work with them on their professional development
* Work with your hierarchical supervisor, Production team, Marketing, Finance, BI, other subsidiaries of Bandai Namco group, etc. to establish the P&L and work through the different greenlight processes of the company.
* Proactively and continuously identify risks and the impact on projects and keep scope of the project in line with budget and schedule
* Supervise and manage the reporting of several ongoing projects to your hierarchical supervisor & BNEE Management, such as budget reporting (costs, payments, budget tracking, landing, P&L, etc.)
* Responsible to create and maintain presentation decks at different phases of the project’s life cycle towards various committees (Japanese Board, Publishing Committee, Editorial Committee, etc.)
* Work with internal BNEE teams and their Managers, Directors or Associate Directors to eliminate frictions between teams and streamline communication with your Production team
* For projects developed by internal studios:
- Track staff/budget allocation, work with studio Producers or CFOs on budgetary topics.
- Work with the internal studios on long-term issues (technical, structural, etc.)
* At least 10 years of industry experience, preferably including previous experience as a Senior Producer or Producer with significant responsibilities and on released titles
* Both Publisher and Studio experiences required
* Experience in launching AA or AAA games, on PC & console platforms
* Strong experience in managing a team with different level of experience and skill sets
* High command of English
* Very strong team spirit
* Strong skills to mentor a team and make its members grow professionally
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational, problem solving and project management skills
* Excellent prioritization skills, especially in the case of high workload or emergency as for a specific issue to sort out or task to execute

* Strong analysing and summarizing capacity in order to identify and simply describe an issue
