What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships to expand Spoki’s reach and drive revenue growth;
* Identify and onboard new partners by effectively presenting the value of Spoki’s solutions and aligning their goals with our offerings;
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success and continuous collaboration;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to create tailored partner programs and joint marketing initiatives;
* Monitor partner performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration and results;
* Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize value for both Spoki and its partners;
* Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth and productive collaboration;
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative approaches.
Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual who thrives on building strong connections and creating win-win scenarios. If you’re passionate about partnerships and love driving mutual success, this role is for you. Here’s what we’re looking for:
* Experience: At least 4 years in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in the SaaS industry;
* Languages: Fluent English (Spanish is a great plus!);
* Relationship-building skills: Exceptional ability to connect with and influence partners at all levels (an active portfolio is a plus!);
* Strategic mindset: You see the bigger picture and know how to align goals for maximum impact;
* Entrepreneurial spirit: You’re proactive, innovative, and always looking for ways to add value;
* Resilience: You’re ready to tackle challenges head-on and adapt to changing priorities;
* Energy and ambition: Spoki is growing fast, and we want someone who’s ready to grow with us and make a lasting impact.
Our hiring process
1. First step: Introductory call to get to know each other;
2. Second step: Structured interview with the team;
3. Third step: Technical interview to assess your approach to partnerships and collaboration;
4. Final step: Interview with the CEO and key managerial figures, preferably onsite.
