Within the EMEA Headquarters, you join the Editorial Strategy team where you will be tasked to develop and optimize models, using multiple sources of data from the gaming industry.
Your principal responsibilities will be as follows:
* Optimize existing models linking player and consumer behavior
* Optimize current methods used to ensure data quality
* Create a process to evaluate the quality of the models using multiple benchmarks
* Return a documented and easy-to-use/understand code
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong analytic and statistical skills
* Data modelling and ability to create predictive models on Python (PyCharm)
* Knowledge on sklearn library and machine learning in general (Keras, Tensorflow… Deep learning would be appreciated)
* Strong Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel skills
* Database management skills
* Data mining and data cleaning skills
* Good knowledge of and appeal for the video games and entertainment culture required
* Excellent English skills required (oral communication and writing skills)
* French is a plus
Experience and Qualifications:
* Entertainment industry experience is a strong plus
* Diploma – Pursue studies focused on data science

* Ability to present information in simple terms and synthetize data from various sources
* Excellent organization, proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset

Location: 15 rue Félix Mangini, 69009 LYON (this position is not eligible to full-remote working)
Contract: full-time internship for 6 months (no work-study program)
Start date: January 2025
Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from €1,000 up to €1,200 per month)
