Purpose of the position:
The candidate will join, within the TAX function, the Administrative Management of Intercompany Relations dept., with specific focus on support for Technical Assistance costs analysis and back charge to Saipem subsidiaries.
Activities:
* the monthly analysis of the costs incurred by Saipem Spa for the technical assistance services provided to a specific list of Saipem subsidiaries;
* the preparation of the requests to be addressed to the Accounting Department for the reallocation of the costs wrongly booked on the intercompany job numbers;
* replying to queries received from the subsidiaries and/or the other Saipem Spa functions/departments regarding intercompany issues;
* preparation of Intercompany invoicing requests to be addressed to the Clients Dep. through SAP Intercompany Module and/or internal communications;
* calculation of quarterly intercompany accruals and preparation of the supporting documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Economics
Knowledge of English language: Proficiency
Years of experience:entry level
IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite
Soft Skills:
* Able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
