Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership and coaching to assure that all employees succeed in meeting individual performance goals as well as career growth.
2. Establish performance benchmarks and hold team to those goals.
3. Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures.
4. Schedule training activities for our service people.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years of customer service experience.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
5. Knowledge of most shared CNC (Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain).
