Within the EMEA headquarters you will be part of the E-commerce team under the supervision of its manager.
The Official Bandai Namco Store sell Premium and limited physical items (Collector’s Editions, Figurines, Vinyls..) as well as Digital games to our fans in Europe and Australia. Our goal is to offer great services and a local customer experience (currencies, languages) while offering many advantages to our community (loyalty program, pre-order bonuses...)
You will carry out the following missions (non-exhaustive list):
* Keep the product roadmap up to date with all essential information.
* Product development coordination.
* Gather key data to draft thorough requests for quotations and evaluate partner proposals. Summarize findings in dashboards to share across teams.
* Conduct competitive analysis and product benchmarking for new categories, including apparel, vinyls, figurines, lamps, and branded merchandise.
* Engage with suppliers, partners, and the marketing team to collect necessary materials for launching products in our online Store.
* Oversee platform performance, ensuring a smooth user experience by troubleshooting navigation issues, fixing bugs, and confirming accurate translations.
* Provide briefs to our internal creative team for the development of visuals, banners, and videos for product promotions.
* Work closely with the translation department to ensure product descriptions are accurate and properly localized for different markets.
* Craft detailed and engaging product pages that deliver the right information, ensuring optimal visibility on the homepage, category pages, internal search, and Google.
* Organize and execute promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Summer Sale), while tracking and analyzing the results to assess performance.
This internship might interest students who would like to discover the field of e-commerce in a fun, dynamic and international environment.
* Master’s degree majoring in Digital Marketing / Marketing / e-Commerce (ideally Master 2)
* Genuine interest in and curious about the e-commerce sector
* Good level of written and oral English, French would be a plus
* Good organizational skills, versatility, rigor, and sense of priorities
* Ability to work both in a team and independently
* Interest in video games would be appreciated

Contract: internship (no work-study program)
Remuneration: dependent on degree level (from 1,100€ up to 1,200€ per month)
