You are responsible for establishing a unified project portfolio management standard for all national and international CCM programs. You will develop and implement standardized project management tools and methods. Additionally, you will oversee international projects, coordinate and prioritize them, and ensure efficient capacity planning. You will act as the interface to project/program boards, providing regular reporting to CCM Management/C-Level.
With your oversight of national and cross-country projects and initiatives, including costs and benefits, you will ensure our strategic project portfolio planning approach.
