TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
The Technical Sales Manager for Industrial Specialties is responsible for the integral management of the customer journey, with a focus on sales from a technical/advisory point of view and the detection of new business opportunities
Main responsibilities
* The Technical Sales Manager will work in the following sectors: Construction Chemistry - Agriculture - Water Treatment
* Managing and accelerating the pipeline of current opportunities
* Identification and acquisition of new business opportunities
* Survey of potential customers and products
* Competitor analysis and benchmarking of products and sales
* Sales preparation, including in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, sales conditions and service process
* Planning and monitoring of customer visits
* Development of sales actions to maintain and improve customer relations
* Gathering information on customer needs and passing it on to the organisation
* Supporting technical assistance and handling customer complaints
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with solidity, personal and professional balance, characterised by a good level of authority, social intelligence to be able to move in a consolidated context, but in a phase of sophistication and development, able to empathise with a diplomatic attitude, oriented towards company values
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or equivalent. A master's degree will be considered a plus
* At least 5 years' experience in chemical sales (Construction Chemistry/Agriculture/Water Treatment)
* Fluent English
* Teamwork
