Job Description
For the upcoming 2025 summer season, 7Pines Resort is seeking a FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR.
Responsibilities
1. Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest requests and phone calls.
2. Ensure guests receive exceptional customer service and resolve any problems or complaints.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room assignments.
4. Supervise, train and coach front desk staff.
5. Ensure that all front office equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working order.
6. Keep current on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or related role.
2. Strong communication and customer service skills.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
5. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
6. Language: English (Required).
