For our own projects, we are looking for: Material Manager.
MISSION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Material Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain processes in coordination with Warehouse, C&P, and Finance departments. The successful candidate will ensure effective material management, stock optimization, and compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Oil & Gas sector.
TASKS:
* Identify any type of materials managed as electrical, instrumental, mechanical (piping, rotating machines, etc.), inspection, chemical, oils, PPE, Spill kit, IT/Telecom, drilling/ completion/well heads.
* Identify any category of materials managed as operating spare parts (consumable, supervised), capital spare parts (critical).
* Proper interface technical/commercial/accounting/warehouse for management of the stock and requirements.
* Creation/modification/check/optimization of MM [material master data].
* Consumption analysis for the creation of framework contracts.
* Stock analysis and configuration and/or revision of stocks/requirements by means of MRP [Material Requirements Planning].
* Management and supervision of purchasing process since the demand to the finalization of the order.
* Management of requirements within the KPIs indicated by company.
* Monitoring of the purchasing process through checking of delivery dates and expediting.
* Management through claims with the supplier of discrepancies in reception.
* ASD [Active, Slow, Dead] analysis.
* Monthly/annual reporting with analyses and corrective actions including surplus reduction/sale/disposal
* Rolling out/punctual/annual inventories.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience on Oil & Gas sector, in particular in logistics activities/ Operations and a suitable general knowledge in oil industry logistics.
* Knowledge of the following Tools: SAP S/4HANA P2P ERP Module: MM [Material Management] +WM [Warehouse Management], UNISOL centralized system, Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams.
* Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas industry logistics and supply chain principles.
* Teambuilding awareness, leadership, multicultural awareness, environmental awareness, organization skills
* Fluent level of English, written and spoken.

* Contract Duration: 1 year.
