Job Summary
The Tender and Customer Support Specialist deals with all orders within his/her assigned regions.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage public tenders, from the beginning to the end of the process in collaboration with Sales representatives and Regional Managers.
* Initiate new customer set-up in ERP.
* Process and confirm sales orders placed by customers in the region in compliance with company policies.
* Resolve order pricing discrepancies.
* Check product availability and communicate with customer or sales team.
* Coordinate shipments with Logistic team.
* Process customer returns (RMA) per company policies, and address customer complaints.
* Support sales force and internal team members for samples and supplies.
* Coordinate invoicing and crediting with the Finance team.
* Coordinate with finance for pro-forma invoices based on customer requests.
* Assist customers with GST related queries in terms of PO placements and other issues related to GST.
* Provide customers and/or finance with proof of delivery.
Your Profile
* Bachelor of Commerce or Law degree.
* 3 years’ experience in international customer service with strong experience in tender process.
* PC literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with using ERP systems.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
* Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills.
* Tact and diplomacy.
* Ability to multi-task.
