Position: Workshop Tutor
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Are you passionate about supporting adult learners in their educational journey? As a Workshop Tutor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality workshops and training to adults pursuing apprenticeships in Adult Care. If you have the expertise, energy, and passion to create engaging and impactful learning experiences, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for adult apprentices
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to cater to diverse learning needs
* Design and deliver assessments to track learner progress and understanding
* Contribute to the development of interactive and impactful learning materials
* Flexibly deliver evening workshops as required
* Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and internal data security policies
Please note: Although this is a remote role, you must be based in the UK to comply with GDPR requirements.
What We Need From You:
* GCSEs (Grade A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Adult Care
* Level 3 Training qualification
* Extensive experience in the Adult Care industry
* Supervisory experience within the sector
* Proven ability to facilitate adult learning and engage learners effectively
* Strong knowledge of Early Years practices, regulations, and standards
* Willingness to travel for in-person meetings and 1:1 sessions
