Join a dynamic and collaborative team where teamwork, effective communication, and precision are highly valued. In this role, you will report directly to your manager while overseeing and managing key recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, sourcing, reporting, and candidate negotiations. You will develop strategic approaches for sourcing and engaging candidates, provide administrative support to your manager, craft job descriptions, and assist junior recruiters when needed. Staying consistently updated on industry trends and technological advancements is essential. Additionally, you will be expected to seamlessly utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and our proprietary Applicant Tracking System as integral tools in your daily operations.
-A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in recruitment.
-Background in executive search firms or recruitment agencies.
-Familiarity with the software, manufacturing, and engineering industries.
-Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and applications.
-Proficiency in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a solid grasp of their underlying principles.
-Demonstrated perseverance, accountability, and a culturally sensitive approach to collaboration.
-Fluent command of both English and German.
The following position is fulltime and involves an official contract through Safeguard's existing entities within Europe.
