For our amazing Chia Laguna Resort, we are looking for a Food & Beverage Director to join the team!
In this role, you will lead the F&B team to achieve all the goals with excellent results.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging and energetic leader with the ability to inspire creativity and has a talent for training and developing others.
What will I be doing?
As a Director OF Food and Beverage Operations, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service in a hospitality setting, ensuring high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
This role involves strategic planning, departmental management, and operational efficiency to enhance the dining experience. As a Director, you will be key in maintaining profitability, staff training and development, vendor relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Director OF Food And Beverage Operations Responsibilities & Duties
1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the food and beverage department
2. Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service
3. Manage budgets and financial plans to maximize profitability
4. Train, develop, and supervise staff members
5. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality products and services
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve services
8. Create and update menus in collaboration with chefs and culinary teams
9. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
10. Maintain inventory control and manage procurement processes
11. Develop and enforce policies and procedures for efficient operations
12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
14. Organize special events and functions within the food and beverage department
15. Implement sustainable and eco-friendly practices in operations
