Mission & Responsibilities
The Global Training Customer Experience Designer is responsible for the implementation of Acqua di Parma 360° Training Program, creating offline and online strategical actions in line with HQ guidelines and ensuring excellent & innovative customer service to contribute to the market share evolution.
As part of the Retail Excellence Team, the key responsibilities are:
Contribute to business development in cooperation with marketing and sales team
Adapts the training modules and be creative in inventing new way for training delivery
Maintain a strong continuous relationship, supervised by the Global Training Manager, with local markets, supporting them in TTT sessions, Induction and implementation of the 360° activations in the local top stores
Deliver training programs in the classroom worldwide and allocate team resources appropriately
Liaise with commercial team to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training, on field, in classroom
Creation and implementation of Training Module in Yellow You App Learning Platform
Create and Monitor punctual training reports and calendar
Overview the Masterclass project delivered in the most important key stores
Track field training actions
Be proactive in proposing actions to improve service
Requirements
Experience in training including delivery of training (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus)
Experience in Blended Learning, Virtual Classroom, E-learning Platform
Experience in sales training in retail environment
Agility to work in a complex and global environment
Willing to travel WW
Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.
