Jr. Global Team Assistant & Project Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for Department Budget Management: all budget-related activities, including conducting monthly balance sheet reviews with the Financial Controlling team, working closely with the team to oversee the department’s budget, ensuring alignment with forecasts and annual goals.
Enter orders and manage purchase requests for the department, ensuring timely and efficient procurement.
Coordinate department meetings and video conferences, organizing agendas, necessary materials, and managing logistics to ensure successful sessions.
Assist the Global Director in managing the agenda, scheduling meetings, and daily activities, optimizing the time.
Organize Director’s business travel, including flights, transportation, and accommodations, and manage expense reports for the team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents necessary for project and strategic activities.
Manage all consultants' agreements, which includes collecting all necessary information to enter the related Request for Approval, obtaining required permits, and allowing consultants to enter AL systems.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English. French will be considered a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Good command of MS Office (especially Power Point and Excel).
