This leader will oversee the creation, evolution, and standardization of our customer technical documentation for all Sidel equipment & services. Your Mission
As a GROUP ETO and CTO documentation manager, your main missions will focus on:
Technical Documentation Development and Digitalization:
* Manage the creation, evolution, and standardization of technical documentation for all Sidel equipment.
* Enhance the content and format of technical documentation to meet customer needs and support Sidel's business objectives.
* Drive the synchronization and digitalization of documentation resources internally.
* Ensure all documentation adheres to relevant legal norms and legislation.
Leadership and Team Development:
* Manage, develop, and coordinate a multicultural, multinational, and multiproduct team capable of delivering comprehensive technical documentation for both equipment and service projects.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
* Implement strategies to improve team collaboration, efficiency, and performance.
Process and Methodology Improvement:
* Define the necessary data and information required by customers to operate the equipment effectively.
* Lead the standardization efforts for technical documentation across all Sidel equipment.
* Drive improvements in tools and methodologies for documentation creation, configuration, and publishing.
* Align documentation processes with service digitalization efforts to ensure consistency between Sidel manuals and the Sidel Service online platform (SSO).
Delivery and Coordination:
* Deliver comprehensive technical documentation for equipment, Line Conversion, and Line Improvement across all products and families to customers.
* Coordinate closely with Service Digitalization to ensure the alignment of technical manuals with digital service offerings.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in managing technical documentation teams, preferably in a multicultural and multinational context.
* Strong background in technical writing, digitalization, and documentation standardization.
* Track records in modernizing the technical documentation.
* Knowledge of legal norms and legislation relevant to technical documentation.
* Strong Customer orientation.
* Excellent leadership and team development skills.
* Ability to drive process improvements and implement digital solutions effectively.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
