CONTEXTThe Global Application & Processes Manager is someone who can effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders with the aim to lead project activities including preparation of deliverables, process design and business partner’s iteration management. Defining the current and future state of the Menarini Group business processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies and driving towards technology solutions, this person must be: A talented IT/Business professional who loves complex and high stakes challengesDetermined to succeed by driving timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutionsThe role will be responsible for the effective implementation, management and optimization of the Manufacturing and Engineering solutions, specifically focusing on Production Execution,Logistic, Engineering (preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, equipment commissioning and qualification) Pharma Serialization and EHS - driving internal and external partners, configuring and maintaining the system, managing updates and troubleshooting issues.The ideal candidate will oversee technical design, build & test, including the identified personalization, define technical guidelines & standards, cooperate with Solution Architect & Infrastructure Lead for system configuration and landscape setup. The Global Application & Processes Manager will work closely with the key stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate them into clear requirements documents, write compelling business cases and proposals (maximising the return on investment), and then deliver cost-effective solutions, tracking business feedbacks in order to build improvements into future solution requirements.MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProcess design: Mapping of business processes and analysis of the impact of new processes or systems within the Company groupProcess modelling (as-is) and re-design (to-be) according to predefined goal(s) or changing driverBusiness operating model’ improvements identification in line with business objectives and prioritiesBenchmarking about emerging technologies and their potential impact on Manufacturing processes, advocating for their adoption when relevant.Act as Change Manager in projects with a great organizational impact such as operating model review and organizational design/ redesignSupport the Business Key-Users and Process Owners managing the change, with all the related aspectsCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization to thoroughly understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.Project Management and Execution: Interact with Business Key-Users and Process OwnersGather and analyse business requirementsDesign the technical solutionDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.Lead or participate in multiple projects (draw project documentation, detail project scope, check priorities)Manage external providers Manage relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery, ongoing support, and alignment with strategic objectivesConfigure and Software implementationOversee the implementation of selected business applications, or vendors to address them.Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).Monitor the Application Maintenance budget and track spendingMaintain robust governance structures for all implemented solutions, safeguarding system integrity and compliance with Global standards and policiesBusiness Applications management: Business Applications lifecycle management (Maintenance & Retirement included)Supervise the end-to-end integration process and related roadmapsCollaborate with strategic vendors and drive the contractual stages to set up the relationshipCollaborate with Infrastructure teams to support cross-functional integration and system optimizationJOB REQUIREMENTSEducation:Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or Computer ScienceEnglish language: from B2 levelProfessional experience:5+ years relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an international company with a complex structure or in a consulting companyPrevious experience in process design projectsPrevious experience in transformation initiatives as Functional AnalystDeep knowledge on Demand to Stock processes (from planning/scheduling to production andlogistic management) with specific experience in the pharmaceutical industry in compliance with GxP regulations within a complex operational landscapeProven experience in leading successful IT Projects, with a focus on implementing business applications (e.g. ERP, MES, Serialization Softwares) preferably within manufacturing sector of pharmaceutical industry or similar industriesStrong understanding of Manufacturing processesExperience working with Manufacturing and Engineering functions.Strong project management skills, PMP® certified (preferred)Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or other maintenance management systemsExperience with calibration management systems and C&Q systems (especially for equipment commissioning)Experience in one or more of SAP Production Planning (PP) or other relevant ERP platforms is considered as a plusExperience with data visualization and reporting tools, like Power BI or similar platforms will be beneficialSmart Plant/Factory technologies implementation strategies will be considered a plus.Additional knowledge:Experience in digital innovation and
