Our goals: You will join our Marketing & Direct-to-Consumer team to support the management and optimization of the CRM strategy. You will be an active part in lead generation and consumer engagement activities, contributing to maximizing commercial results for both e-commerce channels (brand.com) and our retail stores.
Responsibilities:
* Support the definition and execution of the CRM strategy for retail and e-commerce on various group brands (Rowenta, Lagostina, Moulinex);
* Plan and implement automated communication campaigns based on customer segmentation, purchase behavior, and transactional events, using channels like email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications;
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e-commerce, retail, marketing, HQ) and external ones (media agencies, creative agencies, CRM, webmasters) to manage the execution of the editorial plan built based on marketing and commercial objectives;
* Plan and execute activities to increase CLV (customer lifetime value) and positively impact brand loyalty and advocacy KPIs;
* Prepare performance reports and analysis of CRM KPIs and their evolution through data visualization platforms with the aim of generating business insights and improvement actions;
* Plan and execute Lead Generation campaigns to ensure a constant growth of the database, monitoring and optimizing KPIs and ROI.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering;
* 2-3 years of experience in CRM / E-commerce / Retail / Marketing;
* Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills in e-commerce performance media and CRM;
* Knowledge of marketing automation cloud systems like Salesforce, Contactlab, etc.;
* Experience with RFM analysis and CRM project management based on customer profiling and segmentation;
* Passion for a consumer-centric approach and technology;
* Good IT and project management skills (CRM project management, e-commerce);
* Excellent problem-solving skills and transversal project management;
* Good relational skills combined with a proactive and proposal-oriented attitude for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
* Excellent spoken and written English skills;
* Knowledge of SQL (plus).
