The Sales & Marketing team of Randstad Professionals Italy, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, for a leader company in equipment and processing solutions for metalworking, are looking for: SALES MANAGER - EAST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES Responsibilities Business development: Areas of expertise: CIS countries, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine Managing relationships with the service team located in the small local branch; Custom sales : maintaining constant communication with the technical office to accurately translate client requests and offer tailored solutions; Coordinating and interfacing with local agents; Managing a client portfolio primarily composed of metalworking companies across various industries. Requirements Excellent knowledge of the Russian language; Good knowledge of the English language; Proven experience in sales management activities; Willingness to travel on average at least 2 weeks per month; Ability to interact at all levels of company functions; Experience in the mentioned areas will be considered a plus; Experience in related sectors will be considered an advantage.
