Office Manager We are looking for a Private Equity Firm, part of an international Group, an Office Manager. Main activities: Responsible for the general operation of the Milan office First point of contact for all administrative matters of the Milan office, the Investment Advisory team and external business partners Liaising and coordinating with external vendors Answering incoming calls and handling mail Responsible for office supplies and inventory Planning, preparing and coordinating meetings Arranging domestic and international business travel and managing travel expenses Monitoring and managing office expenses Observation of team dynamics, motivation support, active participation in office life Requirement At least 2 years' experience as an office manager, team or personal assistant Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel. IT savvy, interested in finding solutions to make working life easier Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus Well organised, hands-on attitude Understanding of the importance of confidentiality Strong communication skills and service orientation Strong team player, interested in building relationships with colleagues in the Frankfurt and Luxembourg office Location: Milan Rif.
