Job Description: IT Service Specialist Intern
Responsibilities
* Assist in monitoring and maintaining installed systems and infrastructures to ensure optimal performance.
* Support in installing and configuring operating systems and application software.
* Help monitor application performance and report potential issues to the IT team.
* Learn and apply basic security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
* Assist in writing simple scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
* Collaborate with the IT team on planning and improving information and support systems.
* Provide initial assistance for troubleshooting technical issues under the guidance of senior IT staff.
Requirements
* Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about Apple iOS & macOS, Google Workspace Suite, and Microsoft 365.
* Interest in cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.
