Who We Are Looking For:
We are searching for a Customer Success Specialist who is obsessed with customer success and marketing performance. You should have a data-driven and creative mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies that maximize the value of our platform. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals while increasing engagement and retention.
What You Will DO:
* Guide clients through their journey with Spoki, ensuring they fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive adoption, maximize ROI, and enhance customer retention.
* Identify growth opportunities, providing creative and data-driven solutions to improve customer engagement.
* Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience.
* Deliver training and workshops to help clients utilize Spoki effectively, offering personalized support and best practices.
What You Bring:
* 2-3 years experience in strategic and operational marketing and/or marketing automation.
* A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze insights and develop creative solutions.
* Strong relationship-building skills, guiding clients towards achieving their business goals.
* Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
* A proactive problem solver with a strong passion for customer experience.
* Experience in SaaS and digital platforms (nice to have).

Selection Process:

* Technical Interview (60 min): You’ll meet with the department manager for a role-specific discussion and possible case study.
* Final Interview with the CEO: A conversation to align on vision, strategy, and long-term goals.
