Event Excellence Team Member
Kampaay is a leading event management platform that simplifies and transforms the event experience for companies. Our platform enables independent management of routine events with a catalog of ready-to-book services, accessible with just a few clicks.
We are looking for an unconventional and highly talented professional to help us deliver the best events. As a Junior Event Specialist, you will be a key pillar of our Event Excellence team, supporting the organization, management, and delivery processes of events.
About the Role:
* Report directly to an Event Specialist and work closely with the Head of Event Excellence and the Engineering team.
* Support the Event Specialists in managing events in our pipeline.
* Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop our platform and processes.
About You:
* You have an educational background geared towards Event Management.
* You work well under pressure and are responsive, taking decisions and responsibility.
* You have experience in the world of events and/or catering (nice to have).
* You possess a good knowledge of Excel & Power Point (nice to have).
* You speak English fluently.
* You are willing to learn and step out of your comfort zone to experiment and revolutionize an entire industry with us.
* You are humble and accept all feedback, making the best of it.
