We are now looking for a Project Support Engineer to join our team working for a better future. The position is temporary (12 months) and the preferred location is in Trieste, but Vaasa can also be considered.
As Project Support Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
1. To support and coordinate tasks and actions within Project Execution.
2. Provide technical support to customers in the project execution stage and in the pre-project stage when requested.
3. Generate Purchase Order Requisitions and Service Notifications.
4. Keep track of Non-Conformities Before Hand Over Costs.
5. Act as the liaison between office and site during commissioning to order parts, and to check internal/external work reports.
6. Cooperate with the Project Purchaser and Engineering team.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
1. Problem-solving skills.
2. Time management skills.
3. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
4. Knowledge of SAP.
5. Strong teamwork skills.
6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
7. Ability to get things done according to projects' needs and schedule, in cooperation with the Project Engineer and the whole project team.
In this role, some travel might be required. Thus, we hope you are ready to travel approximately 20% of the time.
