JOB PURPOSE
You support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities related to warehouse management and in providing services to the store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with the KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures for the care of the product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines.
2. Manage goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency.
3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
4. Handle the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levels.
5. Manage damaged products and not sellable items (On Hold, Consignment, etc.), including products under repair.
6. Organize Packaging and Stationery physically and in IT systems.
7. Organize the Display objects system.
8. Participate in the management of Uniforms flow.
9. Participate in the management of Gifts flow.
10. Ensure correct protection and packaging of products for both in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
11. Adopt company guidelines in the event of theft, particularly regarding communication and documentation.
12. Support prompt investigation of system negatives.
13. Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system.
14. Participate in organizing and executing Physical and Cycle Inventories of finished products and accessory locations (packaging/stationery and Engineering materials) respecting company timing.
15. Support warehouse activities related to sales.
16. Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
17. Assist the Stock Manager in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces (in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager).
18. Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
19. Maintain contacts and relationships with providers.
20. Keep updates and organize the archive on a monthly basis.
