Alten Italia is looking for a skilled CAM Programmer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating CNC programs for part machining and providing technical support to production departments in the application of these programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop CNC programs for machining operations.
* Provide technical assistance to production teams for program implementation.
* Define production design requirements and support the design and testing of necessary machining equipment.
* Act as a hybrid role between technician and programmer, capable of supporting workshop operations.
* Ensure a strong production-oriented approach with hands-on shop floor experience.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in CNC programming and production processes.
* Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing workflows.
* Ability to support workshop operations beyond programming tasks.
* Technical background with hands-on experience in a production environment.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
