POSITION SUMMARY
As a Campus Recruiter at Jabil, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent from universities and colleges. You will collaborate with human resources team members, hiring managers, campus partners, and candidates to ensure a seamless full life cycle recruitment process. Your work will directly contribute to building a strong pipeline of future leaders for Jabil. This position will be based on site in Florence, KY.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Campus Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with Jabil’s business needs and growth objectives.
* Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
* FULL LIFE CYCLE RECRUITING: Conduct intake meetings with hiring teams and carry out full recruiting processes to hire early career talent into Jabil
* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including career fairs, campus events, and online platforms.
* Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews with prospective candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Internship Programs: Manage Jabil’s internship programs, including program design, onboarding, and program expansion initiatives.
* Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the university recruitment process.
* Employer Branding: Represent Jabil at campus events and promote our employer brand to attract top talent.
* Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of university recruiting efforts.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in campus recruiting or talent acquisition
* Familiarity with campus recruitment processes, including internships and co-op programs
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to establish and maintain relationships with university partners and candidates
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment goals
* Willing and able to travel 25% to campus events
