Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for managing several projects while maintaining a high level of organization.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure operational continuity with the customer:
2. Organize and participate in Kick-off meetings with clients throughout the project.
3. Order acknowledgement issuance to customer.
4. Provide documentation to the customer.
5. Layout validation with the customer.
6. Send possible quotes during the project.
7. Follow up meetings with the customer.
8. Unloading and delivery signature with customer if modifications.
9. Collect the customer’s power supply information.
10. Realize the commercial handover and fill the handover note.
11. Plan the project budget.
12. Follow the budget allocated to subsidies.
13. Instrumentation & Control and power supply architecture.
14. Carry out the follow-up of the building site.
15. Follow-up on billing collection and triggering of invoicing.
16. Delivery and unloading organization.
17. Acceptance certificate signature.
18. Organize internal and external handover.
19. Ensure regulatory compliance with local standards.
20. Check and validate civil works.
21. Write preventive site safety plan.
22. Organize delivery of additional material or equipment during site execution.
23. Organize experience feedback on product and process.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
5 years of Project Manager experience in industrial projects.
You are autonomous, organized, know how to manage customer interfaces, and are concerned about technical, risk, and financial issues.
English language is mandatory. If you speak a third language (German), this is an advantage.
Proven knowledge and versatility in the biogas sector or equivalent (Oil & Gas) is an advantage.
