Reporting to the HR Manager, he/she will be responsible for:
* Managing induction & onboarding process for new-comers.
* Supporting the annual site training plan, partnering with internal functions/departments in training courses organization.
* Responsible for the HR Office document retention and digitization archives (in compliance with the Law, GDPR and policies).
* Organizing medical / legal fulfillments (blood periodic analysis; etc.) partnering with EHS department.
* Supporting the HR Business Partner in the attendance control process.
* Inserting HR purchasing requests in SAP.
* Supporting Recruitment process.
* Collecting, updating and reviewing the job descriptions (site job positions).
* Creating and updating HR procedures (training, recruitment & selection, etc.).
PROFILE:
* strong analytical and synthesis mind to follow up and improve HR processes;
* rigor and organization are his/her assets, allowing to follow the progress of projects and to manage priorities;
* mental flexibility and ability to operationally apply regulations in daily activities;
* excellent interpersonal skills to manage the employee service;
* high school diploma in accounting, short degree in Law, Economics or Humanities is desirable. In any case, the Company reserves the right to evaluate graduates in other subjects and/or candidates with experience in the role and/or areas of interest;
* Worked 1 to 3 years in a similar tasks is desirable;
* Fluency in English is required;
* Good knowledge of Excel is required;
* Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
