Join us and let's write our next chapter together.Job Description:As a FedEx Labor Relation Specialist - Senior you will:Provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers, empowering and enabling key stakeholders and managers to find pragmatic solutions to people related issues effectively, efficiently and in accordance with local employment legislation.Maintain meaningful relationships with social partners by fostering positive relations with employees’ representatives and promoting a mutually satisfactory problem-solving process.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices.Provide guidance, support implementation and ensure ongoing compliance with FedEx processes and procedures, relevant legislation and regulations, and predefined agreements, with focus in Employee/Labor relations matters.Support an effective working environment by acting as an advisor and mediator in diverse types of individual and collective employee’s issues.Identify potential people related issues or opportunities and develop recommendations for HR Management.Support HR/Business initiatives including change and transformation, with implementation of best practices within HR/Labor Relation scope.The ideal candidate will have:University degree (5 years), with further specialization in Human Resources and Labor Relations topics.Broad knowledge and experience in Employee/Labor Relations.Solid experience in HR Processes, preferably within a large fast-paced organization.Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.Ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels.Good judgement and decision-making skills.Excellent communications skills.Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize a busy workload.Fluent in written and spoken English.5 years of experience in Human Resources/Labor Relations area in complex organizations.What do we offer:FedEx offers employees a competitive benefits and reward package including a wide array of formal training and on-the-job learning opportunities.FedEx is one of the most admired companies and trusted brands year after year.In joining FedEx, every team member commits to our Purple Promise — to make every FedEx experience outstanding—for the customer and for our fellow team members.Diversity Inclusion is more than the workplace.
