Main Responsibilities
* Monthly closing;
* Variances analysis with respect to standard costs of materials and of direct labor;
* Cost analysis and monthly reconciliation process with General Ledger;
* Monthly Inventory control and periodic physical inventory counts and related internal audit;
* Fixed Assets inventory management including return on investment analysis;
* Definition of strong standard operating procedures in line with corporate requirements and deadlines;
* Interaction with Operation, Purchasing, logistic;
* Coordination with Global Shared Services center and Business Platform Controllers.
Requirements
* Technical training background preferred; managerial engineering or business economy with a base experience in cost accounting and/or industrial controlling, gained in B2B manufacturing project-based or serial production companies;
* Advanced use of Excel and SAP systems is required, with particular focus on industrial process management modules;
* 3-5 years experience in Industrial controlling in a manufacturing plant, possibly in a multinational environment;
* Proficient in English language is a must.
