THE ROLEThis is an exciting opportunity to join WiseEnergy’s Commercial ESG team to strengthen our service delivery to pre-construction sites and refine our operational asset management services and systems.We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to expand our existing Ready to Build (RtB) and pre-construction capabilities and to support operational asset management services to a variety of asset owners, including NextEnergy, with plants located in Italy. This role will also give us exposure to the agrivoltaic and develop our expertise in this exciting new area. We expect significant growth in RtB, pre-construction services and agrivoltaics development/operations over the coming years. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This will be an integral role in the WiseEnergy team, including:Regulatory management between the SPV and/or Company’s interface with respective authorities including GSE, ARERA, TERNA, e-distribuzione and Agenzia delle Dogane (Dichiarazione di Consumo, Registri di Misure) and other regulators in respect of usual and extraordinary communications, audits and inspections.Regulatory and compliance practices relating to assets under construction (RtB activities and pre- Commercial Operations Date).Developing specialist knowledge of the regulatory and contractual aspects relating to agrivoltaic plants to support commissioning and operational management.Contract management: renewals, tendering to optimise operating costs, issuing supplier notices as required and compliance with obligations related to individual solar farm companies (contracts incl. SPA, Lease, PPA, OM, EPC, etc). Understanding of lender requirements associated with contracts as well as stakeholder management of other interested parties.Supporting the management of regulatory audits, as required.Monthly, quarterly and annual client reporting.Preparation of annual revenue and operating costs budgets and quarterly forecasts.Ensure compliance with environmental, social, governance (ESG) and community relations obligations and requirements.Management of land agreements and relationships with landlordsAsset onboarding: development and population of relevant information on to the company’s in-house asset management platform (AMP), mapping contracts and other asset information as required.Commercial projectsAd hoc domestic travel in Italy, as required.SKILLS COMPETENCIESTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:Time management prioritization skills - things can get a little hectic, so the ability to effectively manage yourself and your workload is critical.Excellent communication skills (in English or/and other European languages) - you must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling.
