Job Purpose
The People & Culture (P&C) Officer, reporting to the P&C Manager, supports the implementation and execution of variety of P&C processes and tasks within the country, for multiple business lines or entities. This includes active involvement in activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and time registration, data maintenance for central systems, etc.
Main Responsabilities
* Execute the employee life cycle activities; provide support and guidance to line managers, new joiners, and leavers throughout the process; propose improvements to procedures
* Analyze the requirements of a job, attract candidates by using sources such as databases and social media, and screen and select applicants. Source, attract, interview, and filter candidates for open positions
* Develop working knowledge of the P&C central policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure work is undertaken to the required P&C standards
* Assist with stakeholder engagement by arranging actions, meetings, events, and supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding and commitment
Key Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree.
* Fluent knowledge of the English language.
* Minimum 2 years professional human resources experience .
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including persuasion and negotiations.
* Effectively managed sensitive and confidential communications and materials.
* Ability to positively interact and effectively communicate.
* Demonstrated commitment to an organization and a “can do” attitude.
* Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; Word, PowerPoint, Excel
