As part of DHL Group, you will be working with a global network of CRE colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities.Your tasks, together with senior colleagues:Property management of part of the DHL buildings portfolio.Take care of the main legal deadlines of the portfolio, like the fire prevention certificates, coordinating all the stakeholders needed for the renewals.Monitor lease expiring dates and define, together with colleagues, the best strategy.Provide real estate scenarios, analysis, and construction knowledge to support in the Real Estate Strategy.Manage relationships with landlords.Manage relationships with the main stakeholders of the real estate activities (Investors, Municipality and other authorities, Funds, etc.).Support the preparation of Business Cases (BCA) to ask for approval of building projects.Track progress on projects, providing reports, updating stakeholders, and providing alternatives or risk mitigations, if needed.Leverage global DHL guidelines to ensure standardized projects.Cost and time monitoring.Reporting.Internal tool update.Your profile:Surveyor certificate of maturity (or similar).Familiarity and curiosity in “Go Green” topics (Photovoltaic system, smart meters, LED lighting, electrical vehicle recharging stations, etc.).Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.Good level of English.The following skills would be an advantage:Excel and PowerPoint skills.Good communication and influencing skills.Willingness to travel.We offer:Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world.International and virtual environment.Flexibility and great opportunity to learn.Tempting compensation and benefits.DHL Group is an equal opportunity employer.
