Job Description
FLUENTIS Srl, a leading Italian software house operating in the ERP solutions market for over 25 years, is seeking new Technical Help Desk professionals to expand its team at the Sacile (PN) location.
The hired resources will work in support of the post-sales software assistance team, performing second-level assistance activities, ticket management for their area of reference, and telephone support.
Selected figures will be inserted into a young and cohesive team, with the possibility of working in hybrid mode.
Requirements:
* Tech-informatic studies background
* Good SQL knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
* English language knowledge
* Ability to work in a group
* Continuous learning attitude
