We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring that equipment, tools, and machine tools are in good condition for use. Proposing plans for preventive maintenance and corrective action.
* Exchanging data and information regarding interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes and procedures.
* Handling standardized manufacturing processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning.
* Coordinating and verifying the work of external contractors.
* Analyzing and diagnosing the cause of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems and recommending and implementing proper corrective actions.
* Liaising with production and colleagues from all functions, dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs.
* Reading equipment manuals and understanding technical drawings such as P&ID, hydraulic schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and find solutions for faults.
* Understanding PLCs, ISO language programs, automation systems, and CNC.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Be time served in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering, or have an equivalent high school/college diploma.
* Have proven experience in a similar role.
* Have good oral and written communication skills.
* Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Be able to work independently.
* Have good problem-solving skills.
* Be willing to work shifts – Day Shift, Evening Shift, and Nightshift.
