Requirements
* Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
* Good computer skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
* Experience in Customer Support
* Experience with Social Media will be a plus
* High School Diploma
* EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card

Recruitment process

* Online tests: tests (linguistic and/or technical) will be required to assess your skills.
* Final interview with our client: the discussion will focus on the specific aspects of the position and the team.
If you are successful, you will receive a contract offer. Congratulations!
Once the contract has been signed, all you have to do is book your plane ticket to Lisbon.
You'll be met at the airport and given your own private room in a shared flat :)
