Tasks
* You will define/manage software requirements and architectures for automotive safety-critical systems
* You will collaborate with stakeholders/customers and developers to ensure requirements are met
* You will ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE)
* You will maintain traceability of requirements throughout the development life cycle and support related verification and validation
* You will manage the technical writing - architecture diagrams, requirements text, Confluence project, relevant documentation, etc.
* You will document and communicate safety architecture decisions and their impact on software design
* You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
* You have successfully completed a master’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies/Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related fields
* You have several years of experience in software requirements engineering for automotive systems
* You are experienced with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Codebeamer, and familiar with process modeling tools
* You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of embedded systems and safety architecture
* You have knowledge of ASPICE SWE.1 for requirements analysis and SWE.2-4 for process execution, as well as a familiarity with model-based development using tools like Matlab/Simulink
* You are familiar with embedded systems and their integration into safety-critical architectures, particularly in high-voltage vehicle systems
* You have a good knowledge of English, German is a plus
* You have a strong attitude towards team plays and international working environments.
