Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, team member relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. Team Relationship Management Handle team member relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues while ensuring company policies are upheld. Support performance management initiatives, including reviews, feedback processes, and career development planning. HR Administration Assist in the development and execution of HR policies, procedures, and company culture initiatives. Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage the administrative side of HR, working on timesheets, payroll, benefit programs, vacations, and various regulatory aspects. Team Professional Growth Partner with leadership to promote employee engagement, retention, and professional development. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Italian and English. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a technology environment. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability, as well as a precise and detail-oriented attitude. Quick learner, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
