Position
Artemest is looking for a clear thinking, organized, and enthusiastic self-starter to work as the CRM Coordinator. The position will be working closely with the broader marketing team, developing strategies and initiatives to keep our customer base active and engaged. The successful candidate is a precise, data-driven person, with a superior level of attention to details.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across consumer and trade clients;
* Manage and safeguard our customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity while continuously enhancing our contact information;
* Analyze customer data to appropriately segment the customer base, creating personalized engagements and better customer experiences;
* Design and execute targeted campaigns to nurture relationships with our customers, planning both digital and physical touchpoints;
* Develop a customer loyalty program that fits a luxury brand and that is relevant for the industry;
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and operations teams to constantly improve customer experience;
* Monitor and report on CRM activities.
Requirements
Who are we looking for?
* Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies in digital contexts;
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with a positive can-do attitude;
* 3-5 years' experience in CRM roles, preferably in e-commerce or digital companies;
* Experience in building complex customer journeys, utilizing data to automate whenever possible;
* Strong analytical skills and exposure to multivariate testing techniques;
* Experienced in working with analytics/insight and turning it into a concrete plan;
* Demonstrable attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive initiatives.
