Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Ensures laboratory equipment, raw materials, and facility meets current health and safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
* Perform customer-, supplier- & internal lab projects (under guidance of lab manager).
* Conduction of construction specific lab studies according to approved standards and regulations.
* Self-imployed elaboration of technical solution and improved formulation proposals for customers.
* Assessment and documentation of tests results in Electronic Lab Notebook.
* Support Lab Manager during operation and execution of construction trainings in the lab.
* Elaboration of guide formulations, product highlight sheets, and other technical marketing documents to transfer the learnings to the sales team whenever possible.
* Inspection of measuring and testing equipment (under guidance of lab manager).
* Purchase of all needed consumption items after clearance by lab or local BU manager.
* Responsible for quality, order, tidiness and housekeeping in the laboratory.

Required Education and Experience:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related degree program with relevant laboratory experience.
* A minimum of 2 years of Industrial experience, including formulating with construction additives/materials (especially cements).
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Master’s Degree in Chemistry or related degree program with relevant laboratory experience.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
